Eddie Growing Up

Eddie grew up in Western Sydney housing commission with his single mother on a pension. Sometimes struggling to put food on the table, Eddie knew he did not want to continue living this way for himself or his future family.

With newfound motivation to change his circumstances, Eddie began working at McDonald’s during his teen years while still at school. He saved up around $200 per week on his minimum wage for his first $20,000 deposit on a small Unit on the Central Coast.

No one in Eddie’s family had ever owned a property but Eddie was the first. He broke the chain that once seemed impossible to break.

Eddie’s upbringing was one of the most significant driving factors that lead him to property investing.
